I was disappointed when I couldn't be moved to a room on a lower level due to the out-of-order elevator, but the leisure suite made up for it with its spacious and well-organized layout. The lack of available rooms was a downside, but the pleasant leisure area underneath still impressed me.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and to a good standard, but it would have been better if there were mini bar, robes, and slippers available. However, being on the first floor next to the lobby meant constant noise from people talking and laughing in the bar till early hours, so I wouldn't recommend staying on the first floor.
